Detox Benefits of Dandelion

Dandelion root aids digestion and gently improves liver function by stimulating the release of bile. It's a great choice for toxic skin and joint conditions or as a natural laxative for constipation.


To reap the benefits, drink it as an alternative beverage to coffee.


To create your own decoction:

Place one teaspoon of Dandelion root in a saucepan. Add 150 ml of cold water and bring it to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins. Strain and drink. Add honey to taste if desired.
