We'll explore the best way for you to move forward based on your character, personality and situation. Teen years can be an exciting time of exploration and change. Understanding what suits you, who suits you, what makes a great relationship and what you would like to pursue after school. If you're unsure about your goals, or struggling with anxiety, low confidence or poor motivation, an Energy Treatment can help. Providing support that's specific to you, as you meet life's challenges. A combination of Energy Healing and intuitive Life Coaching, this Treatment draws Charlotte’s 30+ years’ experience in helping people go beyond their limiting beliefs, release unhelpful patterns and move towards their life purpose. Available as online zoom sessions, that can be accessed from the ease of your own space, they’re designed to evoke meaningful change in a positive and supportive way. Treatments can be taken as stand alone sessions or alongside the Well Being Programs.
