During the initial consultation a full case history is taken, and diet and lifestyle discussed in order to create an individually tailored treatment plan. An energetic scan of the biofield will also be performed - to more accurately ascertain any underlying blockages in the energy and physical bodies. This session includes: - an initial discussion of your needs or concerns - an energetic scan, in which your biofield is scanned to identify blockages and areas in need of attention. - a tailored treatment plan - prescription of herbal remedies or natural supplements - a discussion of diet and lifestyle practices, and recommendations where needed Herbal medicines, natural supplements and other useful health practices such as meditation are then appropriately recommended. Subsequent consultations are designed to check and monitor progress and allow the treatment protocol to be adjusted as required. Treatment continues until a condition or specific issue resolves. It is often recommended that certain lifestyle practices be adopted on a more ongoing basis to help maintain good health. Herbs can also be taken preventatively. If you have a busy period coming up taking energy boosting herbs can assist. If you are run down or stressed, a mix of relaxant and immune boosting herbs can really help out. Please note that Treatment fee does not include any herbs, remedies or supplements. These will be discussed with you during the session. Any tailor made remedies will be posted to you. Available from the ease and convenience of your own space, you'll need an internet connection, access to zoom and comfortable place to sit while the consultation takes place.
