Tiredness is of course a natural feeling if you've had a burst of hard work or are sleep deprived, but once you manage to make up on enough rest or sleep you should regain energy. What if you don’t? When you feel weary or fatigued it can be be hard to keep your eyes open or get through the day.
To help assess your basic tiredness level, use the checklist below. Tick all the statements that apply to you at this time, from all three sections. Be as accurate as possible.
This checklist is not exhaustive or designed as a diagnostic tool. It is to help point you in the right direction so that you can put in place practices suitable for your individual needs.
